Ms. Vincze has an extensive international experience in the field of Intellectual Property, and specifically in the field of trademarks and related laws. She has practiced in Mexico, Israel and France and joined our office on 2007.

Ms. Vincze focuses on providing filings and registrability legal advice and general strategies, managing clients’ IP portfolios, carrying out domestic and foreign trademark availability searches, prosecuting French, Community and foreign trademark, design and copyright applications and pursuing French and Community trademark oppositions. Her practice also concentrates on negotiating and handling IP related agreements such as settlement agreements, assignments and licensing agreements and she has also valuable experience in dealing with due diligences and IP audits.
